Cruisin' . . . on the River Thames

Included in our hop on/hop off bus tour was a Thames River tour. I think this tour was pretty good, especially because the guide (as long as you could hear him) was relatively knowledgable and entertaining. Sometimes on these river cruises, you just cruise and after a while it gets kind of boring (take the Hudson River Cruise in NYC... a yawnfest). But this was about the right amount of time and the conductor was (self?) educated.
London Eye
I've heard that it's a money maker for British Airways. It cost them a lot of money upfront, but they charge almost 20 pounds ($35-$40) to ride it. I'm sure if it weren't for the Eye, BA would be near bankruptcy???

Millenium Bridge
A pedestrian bridge, more commonly known as the "Wobbly Bridge," by many Londoners. It was built to celebrate the millenial celebration.
